Two night minimum stay

graduation/holiday/special event
weekends. Reservations are highly

Deposits
One night's stay deposit
required which can be refunded
with at least two weeks notice.
We accept personal checks,
traveler's checks, or cash. There
is a $20 fee for returned checks.

Cancellations
Refunds will be made for later
cancellations only if room(s) can
be rented.
Deposit can be refunded with
at least two weeks notice.

Policies
Check in is
after 1pm and before 11pm. Check
out is before 11am unless special
arrangements have been made in
advance and circumstances allow.
Late
arrivals can be
accommodated. We ask that all
guests call and reconfirm their
approximate arrival time the day
before the reservation.

We are a smoke
free home and unfortunately
we cannot accept pets.
